Return & Exchange Policy
At ABIE, customer satisfaction matters to us. However, as a small business, we do not offer refunds on any purchases. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
We accept size exchanges only within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in original packaging.

You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different size (based on availability).

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To start an exchange, email us at info@theabieagency.com with your order number and the size you’d like instead. We’ll confirm availability and provide next steps.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theabieagency.com so we can make it right.
